Turnart Belt Rotator Systems are used in all branches of the industry like wind turbine blades, where heavy and large size workpieces should be rotated. Turnart Belt Rotator Systems take part in our product group as four different concepts. These are; HDS Easy, HDS Heavy, HDS Flex and HDS Tandem.

HDS Easy product is a crane-supported axial rotator machine that is used to rotate the loads which are small in terms of the dimension. Standard manufacturing is done up to 30-ton rotator capacity.

HDS Heavy product is a crane-supported axial rotator machine that is used to rotate the heavy loads. Standard manufacturing is done from 5-tons up to 50-tons of rotator capacity.

HDS Flex product is a crane-supported axial rotator machine that is used to rotate the loads of which dimensions are not fixed. Thanks to the width adjustable rollers, it is possible to rotate products in different sizes with a single machine. Standard manufacturing is done up to 30-ton rotator capacity.

HDS Tandem product is a crane-supported axial rotator machine that is used to rotate the long and heavy loads. The long parts such as wind turbine blades are rotated. Standard manufacturing is done up to 40-ton rotator capacity.
